We live and breathe engineering, and at the heart of our operation is one of our biggest assets - the unrivalled knowledge base and work ethic of our team.

As a family business, we appreciate the loyalty, skill and enthusiasm that our workers demonstrate, and offer fantastic work opportunities to experienced, skilled people looking for a new position within our growing business:

  • Innovative projects that develop your skills and push the boundaries of engineering
  • World leading technology, with one of the largest machining capacities in the country
  • A management team that is open, supportive and progressive
  • Continued investment in new machinery, tooling and inspection equipment
  • Competitive salaries, professional development opportunities, benefits and a great pension scheme
  • A working environment that goes above and beyond health and safety, quality and environmental industrial standards

Our award-winning engineering apprenticeship scheme is more than just a foot in the door – it provides the qualifications and experience required to succeed in our ever-evolving industry. The comprehensive, four-year technical programme combines traditional work-based learning, alongside specialist engineers, with a high quality technical certificate and evidence qualification from a local training provider.

Business administration apprentices undergo a 13-month programme covering a broad range of departments, and have the option to progress to level 3 for a further two years.

We are extremely proud of the contribution our apprentices make to our business and as well as holding an “Apprentice of the Year” award, we provide excellent work opportunities at the end of their programme. Our high profile clients appreciate the level of skill, innovation and knowledge that our apprentice-trained team bring to each project.

Apprenticeships start each September. If you are interested in our apprentice scheme, please email or write to our General Manager with your predicted/gained grades and preferred discipline, by the end of April. We are keen to hear from you rather than your guardian, so please write personally, demonstrating your interest and enthusiasm for the position.
