Tees Components are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for a Make UK Manufacturing Award!

We have been nominated in the "Developing Future Talent" Category, which recognises those that have done the most to promote diversity, develop talent and build skills amongst their employees.

We are firm believers in the value of skills development, both for our existing workforce and in nurturing young talent. In a continually evolving world, we work hard to innovate how we train our staff, devoting time and resources to upskilling and education.

Nurturing future talent is something we are passionate about, working with young people across the Tees Valley for them to go forward in STEM careers, be that through our apprenticeship scheme, work experience placements, or any other guidance and support we can offer.

It is a great honour to have been shortlisted for this particular award and we cannot wait to join with all of our fellow nominees at the Make UK North East, Yorkshire and Humberside regional dinner on Wednesday 2nd November.
