To set, program, and operate large CNC vertical or horizontal borers to machine a range of castings, forgings, profiles, and fabrications, in various metals.
Working with the production support team, including planning engineer, machine shop supervisors, team leaders, quality management, and CNC manufacturing engineer, to work on interesting and challenging projects and meet our customers’ high standards.
This role suits an experience machinist looking for secure, good quality employment with good conditions. Being a machinist at Tees Components is suited to someone who wants to continue learning, expand their experience and knowledge, and gain more skills. 2-week shift pattern, Compressed hours 4 x 10-hour day shifts Mon-Thurs 07.00-17.30, 4 x 10-hour night shifts Mon-Wed 19.00-05.00, Thurs 17.30-03.30
