Job Description: 

This role involves being part of our administration support team, ensuring that our customers UK and worldwide receive an excellent standard of service, and that everyone who comes into contact with us has a positive experience.  Our values as a family business of providing excellent products and services, using technology to work in an efficient a productive way, and having a positive impact on all of our stakeholders, should be represented from first contact and throughout people’s time with us.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales administration duties including enquiry and order processing and supporting digital marketing creation with content. 

Reception duties including diary arrangements, switchboard, greeting visitors and arranging hospitality, receiving and sorting post, ensuring all visitors and contractors adhere to H & S requirements. 

Assist with employee communications, the organising of events, apprentice training administration, employee wellbeing and HR administration tasks. 

Support other departments, the managing director, and senior team with general administration as required. 


Person Specification 

The ideal candidate for this role will have a warm, welcoming professional attitude at all times, with the ability to be approachable and friendly. Given the nature of the role, strict confidentiality and discretion is essential, along with the ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and accuracy.

Essential: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Friendly, professional manner 
  • Strong IT skills 
  • Experience of data entry, accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Professional attitude and appearance  .
  • Understanding of commercial sensitivity and staff confidentiality
  • Proactive in developing relationships and communicating with whole team and stakeholders.  

Desirable: 

  • Experience in HR, wellbeing, employee engagement 
  • Experience in photography or film for social media

Salary – Competitive 

Working Hours – 38 hrs /week  

Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm (½ hour unpaid lunch break) 

Friday 8.30am – 2.00pm, or 2.30pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch break 

Flexible working applies to this role: alternative hours may be proposed for consideration.  Home working would not apply to this role.
